Chris Hemsworth knows how to pack a punch.
After all, the Thor actor rang in his 40th birthday with some intense festivities, which included a practice boxing session after the big day.
In a clip posted to Instagram, a shirtless Hemsworth is seen sparing with a fitness partner in an indoor gym and outdoor area. As the two men boxed, Hemsworth rapidly landed a few jabs to his partner’s gloves.
Hemsworth captioned the Aug. 15 clip, “Sweating off the birthday cake with @Centr.”
Indeed, Hemsworth enjoyed tons of birthday cake on Aug. 11, when he posted a photo on Instagram of him alongside two chocolate confections adorned with Happy Birthday candles.
“Thank you for all the birthday wishes!” he wrote. “Another lap around sun and still goin strong! I can safely say not a single piece of cake made it through the night.”
