Jennifer Hudson got all the love from her man Common while playing in the NBA Celebrity All-Star Game Friday night. She was on Team Stephen A. Smith (who lost to Team Shannon Sharpe) and got an A for effort in the minutes she played.
Common – who was MVP of the Celebrity All-Star Celebrity Game in 2020 – was spotted courtside taking in all the organized chaos. And was probably coaching J-Hud up too.
JHud will also perform at halftime of Sunday’s NBA All-Star game.
As for the rest of the NBA Celebrity All-Star Game, NFL baller Micah Parsons got MVP and a few other NFLers like CJ Stroud and influencers balled out too:
The power couple (Jennifer’s the youngest female EGOT winner while Common is one TONY away from EGOT status!) and Chicago natives solidified their romance several weeks ago on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” after much speculation.
Common said on the show, “I set my standards high because she had to have an EGOT… she had to get her own talk show.” Mmhmm….
The twosome also dished on their Usher concert date night that went viral, and Common calling their relationship “his happy place”. That would explain why they’ve been glued at the hip for the last several months.
