We already shared a trailer with you for the fairytale horror film Cinderella’s Curse, now we’ve got a new trailer to share with you for another Cinderella horror movie, and this one is titled Cinderella’s Revenge. Cinderella is quite popular these days with the horror genre.
The film stars Lauren Staerck “as the famed young lady who finds freedom from her wicked stepmother with the help of her fairy godmother. Only this time, instead of sending her to a ball to find her prince, the godmother (Natasha Henstridge) helps Cinderella unleash a plan of bloody vengeance.”
The film was directed by Andy Edwards (Zombie Spring Breakers) who tells Entertainment Weekly: “We have Cinderella, we have the evil stepmother, we have the two evil sisters, and they treat her pretty badly. But there’s a few twists in it and a few surprises. There’s sex and violence, as well, which you might not expect. So something for everyone!”
Producer Mark L. Lester said: “I’m so excited for audiences to see this newly imagined horror version of Cinderella in theaters. The picture is scary and fun at the same time.”
The movie also stars Stephanie Lodge, Beatrice Fletcher, Megan Purvis and Darrell Griggs.
