The plot thickens as a video of Diddy’s latest sexual assault accuser, Rodney Jones, aka Lil Rod, resurfaces, showing him calling out the mogul weeks before his lawsuit and claiming he stole his publishing. Lil Rod even started a GoFundMe asking the internet to help him gather the funds to sue him!
As we previously shared earlier, Diddy, born Sean Combs, has been accused of sexual assault in yet another lawsuit. This time, a former male producer and videographer for Diddy filed a suit against him, alleging sexual assault.

TMZ reported that Lil Rod alleged that he was sexually assaulted by Diddy multiple times and was forced to endure unwanted advances by some of his friends. In the court documents obtained by the publication, Diddy allegedly groped Lil Rod’s genitals and touched his anus, and walked around him in the nude.
The docs also alleged that Diddy forced his former employee to watch an alleged sex tape involving ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ star Stevie J and another man. Since the lawsuit went public, Stevie, born Steven Jordan, has since denied that it was him in the video while Knockout, a known gay adult star, says was actually him.

The lawsuit against Diddy also mentions his most recent “girlfriend,” City Girls rapper Yung Miami. Lil Rod alleged that her cousin attempted to sexually assault him in front of Diddy and his staff. Lil Rod also alleges Diddy has hired prostitutes, and possibly drugged and raped him. The lawsuit even includes allegations against Cuba Gooding Jr., alleging he “touched, groped, and fondled Mr. Jones’ legs, upper inner thighs near his groin, his lower back near his buttocks, and shoulders.”
After breaking headlines in a new lawsuit, Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley told TMZ, “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 billion lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
Holley added, “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

However, before the lawsuit went public on February 26, on February 5, Lil Rod launched a GoFundMe campaign entitled “Help Me Sue Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.” As of Monday evening (February 26), the page currently has a $50,000 goal, with less than $1,500 raised.
On February 7, two days after Lil Rod’s GoFundMe went live, he took to his Instagram to continue calling out Diddy. In a video posted to his account, Diddy’s accuser claimed the mogul stole his publishing for his Grammy-nominated album ‘The Love Album: Off the Grid.’
Lil Rod claimed he worked around the clock for days on end trying to complete the album to Diddy’s liking. He then claimed that Diddy and his team “hit below the belt” when it came to the contracts, producer fees, and publishing. He said regardless of that, he’s fighting for his rights for himself and his kids. He further welcomed any donations to take on Diddy and his legal team.
