There have been announcements left and right regarding who will be returning, or not returning, to the Real Housewives of Atlanta for season 16.
Of course, some casting rumors found former housewives like Kim Zolciak coming back for a second wind. Now, Kim is addressing the rumors.
As some fans have noted, now would be an excellent time for Kim to return. This is because she has quite a bit going on in her life, and it would be interesting to see her overcome it. However, other fans point out that she didn’t leave the show on good terms and was a bit of a bore in her last season.
Now, Kim is talking to Celebuzz about her future with the show and reality TV in general.
She said, “There have been reports and rumblings of me returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, especially with everything going on in my life.”
Kim continued, “That coupled with the fact that Porsha is returning and there are rumblings of other past stars returning, has people starting to surmise I’m coming back. So, I wanted to clear up what’s going on since I don’t want to leave you hanging any longer. The truth is I am not returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
Kim went on to say, “As much as I enjoyed holding a peach for years and enjoyed popping in now and then, I will not be returning to that show. I am sorry to disappoint those who were holding out hope that I’d return and they’d get to watch me in the action again this season.”
Of course, Kim also said this doesn’t mean she wouldn’t be open to filming other reality TV show projects. The former RHOA star will be on the upcoming season of The Surreal Life, which currently has no air date.
Kim could be good for RHOA. However, the problem is you never know what you’ll get. Her last season left a real sour taste in the mouths of fans.
