Ewan McGregor (Obi-Wan Kenobi) is set to star alongside Anne Hathaway in an upcoming untitled film that is only described as being a “thrill ride.” The movie is being helmed by It Follows director David Robert Mitchell and it’s set up at Warner Bros. It’s also said that the project will be shot in IMAX.
There’s no information on the story that it will tell, but Mitchell will direct from his own original script, and he’ll produce the film with J.J. Abrams and Hannah Minghella for Bad Robot. The movie is expected to head into production this year.
Whatever this film ends up being, it has some strong talent attached to it, and McGregor and Hathaway tend to attach themselves to good projects.
