Scheana Shay is moving on up! The Bravo star recently purchased a $2.5 million home in Sherman Oaks alongside her husband, Brock Davies.
The Vanderpump Rules OG took out a $1,999,999 30-year mortgage on the property, which sold for $2,535,000 earlier this year.
The modern home, located in Sherman Oaks, was built in 2016 and boasts five bedrooms, five baths, and over 3,800 square feet of living space – including a beautiful yard with a rectangular pool and hot tub.
According to The U.S. Sun, Scheana Shay and Brock Davies’ new mansion features “European white oak hardwood floors, decorative tile, a custom built balustrade staircase, 3D feature wall, marble counters throughout and double-pane windows with plantation shutters.”
The home also features an open floor plan with fire place, French doors, and a gourmet kitchen including an oversized walk-in pantry, wine fridge, butler’s pantry, and Viking Professional appliances.
Scheana Shay and Brock Davies‘ massive master bedroom includes “vaulted ceilings, two large custom walk-in closets, and even a balcony and fireplace.”
Their primary bath features a “dual vanity, a soaking tub and an over-sized rain shower.”

The 38-year-old and her husband signed the deed for their new home in January and a few days later Brock granted her sole ownership, which surprised many Vanderpump Rules fans.
Brock signed an Interspousal Transfer Grant Deed, which means the Australian native agreed to have the home be in his wife’s name and owned by Scheana as her sole and separate property.
Scheana Shay opened up about Brock’s grant deed transfer while appearing on the February 22 episode of Jeff Lewis’ SiriusXM radio show.
“It was just, I put the down payment down, and he was like, ‘You know what? The next property we buy together, both of our names will be on,’” she revealed. “But for now, I am the breadwinner, and he respects that.”
She continued, “I mean, it’s our family home. He’s the one doing all of the work over there right now. I’m not doing s**t. I’m just paying the mortgage.”
Jeff asked, “And he’s not after you for your money?”
“No and we have a prenup. He knew what happened in our first marriage, so when we got married, he didn’t even question anything,” Scheana Shay replied.
“He was like, ‘Whatever you want. I want to be with you because I want to be with you. I don’t care about anything else. So whatever’s going to make you feel the most safe, I will sign whatever you need to.’”
