Chrisean Rock has promised to turn over a new leaf for her son’s benefit, and that “new leaf” involves disposing of all her active warrants so she can actually be in Chrisean Malone Jr.’s life.
According to documents obtained by HipHopDX from the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Blueface‘s baby mama has two open and active bench warrants, both of which are tied to past convictions in the state. One conviction is for failure to display a tax stamp on a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), and one is for distribution of CDS and possession with intent.
The former athlete, meanwhile, talked about the warrants during an Instagram Live on Monday (March 4), where she revealed that she’s actively working on her legal issues.
“Oh, my warrants?” she said in response to a fan’s question about the matter. “My warrants are getting cleaned up. I’ve been paying off fees, and getting rid of shit — talking to certain people to help my situation out.”
She continued: “Because, you know, I have my son. So, the old me would have turned myself in, and thought…whatever.”

Unfortunately, Chrisean Rock still has her fair share of legal issues, even if she clears up all her warrants.
Earlier this month, she went off on a man who filed a lawsuit against her, informing him that the choice to do so was a mistake on his part.
The controversial internet personality took to X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday, February 18 to share her thoughts on the matter.
She wrote: “Dis big back bitch n-gga think he finna get a cent out of me bitch you know you just wasted yo money on dat damn lawyer right.”
Fans took to the platform to comment about her antics — and they didn’t think Chrisean Rock was behaving wisely.
One commenter wrote: “We can all agree that we don’t care about what she’s saying ?” Another added: “Chrisean, not tonight please.” A third offered some legal advice, saying: “Hope you’ve got a good lawyer too, else you may be shocked.”
The lawsuit was revealed last month when the social media personality and rapper was sued for allegedly assaulting a man named James Wright Chanel following a Tamar Braxton show in Los Angeles last November.
The plaintiff, who is a backup singer for Braxton, claimed he was sent to the hospital with two broken teeth and cuts on his face, according to legal documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times.
This suit is a civil matter attached to a criminal case filed against Rock in January for the same incident.
