Model Jen Selter is very happy with where her love life is, despite what her 14 million Instagram followers might tell her.
The 30-year-old fitness model took to social media only a week after Valentine’s Day to tell her fans that she was not going to “chase and beg” a partner and displayed her own “confidence” in a polka dot bikini!
Jen Selter Makes Fans Proclaim ‘Dinner Is Served!’
It’s clear that Jen still has a lot more photos and videos from her trip to Costa Rica to share, even if she did visit the country all the way back in December. In one photo, Jen let her long dark hair spill over her shoulders as she posed in a polka-dot bikini top and matching skirt that had little pom poms hanging from the ends. The second photo featured her sitting barefoot on a stool beside the pool.
The last photo was a video that featured Jen posing with her hands crossed over her chest, showing off her painted nails. The other photo featured Jen posing as she looked down, holding her hair back out of her face with both hands. “When you’re confident in what you bring to the table, you don’t have to chase and beg anyone to sit down and eat,” she wrote in the caption. “Dinner is served!” one fan exclaimed while other followers reminded her to use sunscreen!
Jen Is Loving The Set-Up Of Her Apartment!
In another Instagram video, Jen showed off the gorgeous views from her apartment as she napped on her coach on her stomach. She is wearing a peach-colored long-sleeve pajama set and has her face turned away from the camera. A spectacular view of the city around her can be seen through her floor-to-ceiling windows.
“My ‘stay in the apartment’ game is too strong. Obsessed with my new @roveconcepts setup; I’ve had my eye on the marble coffee table for a few years now,” she wrote in the caption. “Truly incredible,” one fan commented. “Best booty! Where is your couch from?” another follower asked. “Thank you! Rove!” Jen replied.
Jen Has A StairMaster In Her Apartment!
In another video set to Taio Cruz’s “She’s Like A Star,” Jen showed off her fit physique in a two-piece gym fit. However, that’s not what she started the video in. She first started off the video wearing a bathrobe and changed into her underwear before settling into her routine, walking up the stairs backwards.
“Bringing back the StairMaster transition, Jen! The StairMaster has always been my favorite machine. I started my fitness journey over 13 years ago, and I remember I could only do 5-10 minutes at the beginning. Gradually, I was able to do more, and now I can go for a straight hour! I can’t remember a time on the StairMaster when I didn’t break a sweat,” she wrote in the caption. “What I love most is that I can multitask, catching up on emails and doing video editing, all while getting the best sweat.”
Jen Is Hosting Another BlendJet Giveaway!
Jen shares a recipe video with her followers at least once a week along with a giveaway for a BlendJet. In this recipe video, Jen told her followers how to make an orange smoothie while posing in a two-piece striped orange outfit. “You’ve got to try this vitamin-packed orange smoothie that’s super yummy and healthy!” she wrote in the caption.
Jen listed the ingredients as ice, coconut milk, orange, chia seeds, pineapple, banana, and honey. In the caption, she admitted that she didn’t have any measuring cups, so she just guessed her measurements! “Did you really catch the orange on the first take?” one fan asked, to which Jen replied with a series of laughing face emojis.
