Elizabeth Hurley has finally revealed the secret to her flawless figure, and she didn’t scrimp on the details. In a recent Instagram share, the 58-year-old model and actress floored her fans with a reminder of her swimsuit body as she rocked a plunging bathing suit, accompanying her photo with a lengthy caption dishing on everything that goes on behind the scenes. The January upload has now earned the ex to Hugh Grant over 130,000 fan likes.

Going classy as she shared a black-and-white shot, Liz sizzled as she flaunted her killer cleavage and trim hips in a low-cut swimsuit that showcased her fierce assets and toned muscles. Gazing downward as she largely hid her face, the Netflix star simmered as she tugged at her swimsuit’s lower half a little, completing her look via hoop earrings and a gorgeous blow-out that flaunted her luscious, highlighted locks.

Addressing her fans, Liz began: “One question I get asked all the time is, how do you stay in shape and what do you eat? So here goes. My mantra is: don’t eat too much, too fast, too often, or too late. Or, put another way, eat smaller meals, chew properly, ban snacking, and eat dinner earlier. This works for me.”
Hurley continued that she isn’t into “weird” juice or shake trends and only pops a supplement if something’s wrong on a blood test.
“I try to have vegetables or fruit equal to half of every plate I eat – ie if I have a sandwich, I also eat an apple. I eat pretty much everything but only have junk food as an absolute treat – and I count junk food as anything that contains any ingredient that I don’t have in my own kitchen, so that includes ‘diet’ and ‘low-fat’ everything, all ready meals, all bought sandwiches, cakes and biscuits and all sodas,” she also shared.
Baking Her Own Bread
Liz is known for loving homegrown produce, often cooking with vegetables she grows on the land coming with her sprawling, Herefordshire, U.K. mansion. In her caption, Liz told fans that her bread maker has been her “best investment,” even sharing that she bakes cakes for the weekend.
“Other than diet, my other advice is to move more. I don’t go to the gym or do any set exercise but I’m extremely active. There endeth the sermon. Let me know if this makes sense for you,” she concluded.
