Jennifer Lopez nailed the sheer trend as she showed off her stunning figure for yet another workout session in December 2020. Hitting up a Miami gym for a private training session, the 54-year-old flaunted her bulging biceps and toned abs in a tiny yellow crop top, but with a sheer finish, fans were seeing what was beneath.

Sizzling in her sporty outfit as she kept COVID-safe in a face mask, JLo turned heads as she was chased around by the paparazzi, offering just one more reminder of her fitness icon status.

Rocking a summery shade of yellow as she enjoyed the East Coast sunshine, JLo wowed the cameras as she highlighted her impossibly toned arms and shoulders in a skintight, buttercup-yellow crop top with a ribbed finish. Flashing those famous abs as she showed the results of her daily training sessions, the “Medicine” singer flashed a black bra beneath her printed crop top, one offsetting blues from her tight leggings.

Rocking a mean tan in the middle of winter, JLo kept practical in sneakers as she wore her locks up in a bun, and with the shades and mask combo, the American Idol judge was going a bit incognito. She did, however, go blingy with her glittery mask, shouting out her love of all things glam. Photos showed Lopez carrying a bedazzled tumbler as she made sure to stay hydrated. Just Jared uploaded the photos to Instagram, writing: “Jennifer Lopez matches her blinged-out cup to her bedazzled face mask while arriving for a private workout in Miami.”

“Queen JLo is goals,” one fan replied. “She’s doing good at 50s,” another said. Also gushing over how fit Lopez is looking in her fifties was a fan writing: “Fab body for a woman who’s 51yrs old. Some of you won’t ever know! Jlo’s got it all together.”

JLo got her fans hot under the collar with this 2020 snap, going “relaxed and recharged” for a home selfie as she stunned in a white string bikini. Ditching the makeup and flaunting her insanely muscular physique, the Latina wowed the digital space, although it isn’t just the photos that offer an insight into her super-healthy lifestyle.

In 2019, JLo revealed that she was cutting out major food groups for a 10-day challenge, telling The Today Show: “It’s no sugar, no carbs. Anything that has sugar and carbs in it, you cannot have.”

JLo has also linked her fitness to her happiness, proving the link between physical health and mental health. “I am 100 percent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy. Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness,” she’s separately revealed.
