Jax Taylor slammed Vanderpump Rules as “disastrous” and “scripted,” and he addressed when it started getting “fake.”
The alum, who now stars in its spinoff The Valley, also discussed Tom Schwartz‘s alleged new relationship, claiming he and the girlfriend are currently in Hawaii together.
In a leaked video from Jax’s new bar, the alum took aim at his former show.
“They don’t even hang out with each other,” said Jax of the cast in a video shared by @katericcio on TikTok. “Show me a scripted show and I’ll show you f**king Vanderpump Rules.”
“Scripted! Scripted! I’ve been on this show for nine f**king years. This is scripted,” he went on. “I’ll be on it next week. I’ll tell you what, it was scripted.”
He then called it “disastrous.”
“Don’t get me wrong, when we started it was awesome,” he said. “Seasons one through six, it was organic, it was real. Now everybody starts to have money, now it becomes fake.”
“Anything after six seasons is a wash, it’s a f**king washing,” Jax continued. “Nobody shows up [with] Chanel earrings on at the beach … At the beginning, this was our job and this is what we loved to do. This is when it goes too far.”
But when Pump Rules segued to The Valley, Jax changed his tune.
“Now you have a real show! Back to where it all started,” he said. “This is organic, it’s real. These are all brand new people … We’re all struggling.”
At one point he claimed that Schwartz is currently in Hawaii “with his new girlfriend.”
“They’re very happy,” he explained, and he suggested that fans shouldn’t “buy” his kiss with a pink-haired woman in a preview of the future episode.
