Brittany Cartwright is publicly reacting to Jax Taylor “liking” a comment saying he should have married Stassi Schroeder instead.
The Valley star was surprised to learn that her estranged husband, Jax Taylor “liked” an Instagram comment which suggested that he made a mistake marrying her and would have been better off marrying his ex-girlfriend, Stassi Schroeder instead.
“What? He ‘liked’ it?” Brittany Cartwright replied after Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast host Amanda Hirsch told her about Jax’s recent social media activity.
“Very weird. That is so creepy,” the 35-year-old added.
While Brittany was shocked, Bravo fans weren’t as much.
“I always felt Jax never loved Brittany and was obsessed with Stassi. She was the one who got away and he could never be good enough for her,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“I always thought Jax had a thing for Kristen [Doute],” a second fan commented.
A third fan wrote, “Brittany was warned. This is a fall of her own making.”
Any OG Vanderpump Rules fan knows that Jax and Stassi dated during the first season of the series in 2013. However they officially ended their up and down relationship after two seasons when Stassi discovered that Jax slept with her best friend, Kristen Doute.
Jax then met his now estranged wife in 2015. They began dating ahead of the show’s fourth season. The Valley couple briefly split between seasons 5 and 6 before reconciling and getting engaged in 2018.
They walked down the aisle in June 2019 and welcomed their son, Cruz, in April 2021.
Jax and Brittany announced their separation in late February ahead of the The Valley premiere in March.
The Valley airs on Tuesdays at 9 pm on Bravo.
