Neon has released a new trailer for the upcoming occult horror thriller Longlegs, which stars Nicolas Cage as a sadistic serial killer.
This looks like it tells a chilling, dark, and disturbing story. The movie also stars Maika Monroe (It Follows) as Lee Harker, a gifted new FBI agent assigned to an unsolved serial killer case.
In the film, “As the case takes complex turns, unearthing evidence of the occult, Harker discovers a personal connection to the merciless killer and must race against time to stop him before he claims the lives of another innocent family.”
This movie looks like it’s going to deliver a super dark and disturbing story. The trailer comes with the following note in it, “So close the crimson and clover all gone now to the edge where the black begins the long forked tongue hisses.”
The movie was written and directed by Osgood Perkins (Gretel & Hansel) and is said to be “in the vein of classic Hollywood psychological thrillers,” and is set to be released on July 12th, 2024.
