Britney Spears In Skimpy Shorts Highlights Stunning Flexibility

Britney Spears never hid her love of the gym, and that includes using the available equipment in unusual ways. Posting to Instagram in December 2016 and before she accidentally burned down her gym in 2020, the Grammy-winning singer dropped jaws with an upside-down stretch, one showing off her incredible flexibility, plus her impressive upper body strength. Flaunting her fit figure in a tight sports bra and gym shorts, Britney used a cushioned ball placed on a gym bench for support, but it looked like she was doing most of the work. Fans have left the 42-year-old over 250,000 likes.

Scroll for the photo. Placing both hands flat on the floor as she hiked both legs up, Britney flashed her toned midriff as she went pretty in pink via her sports bra. Rocking a dark gray pair of shorts that showed off her lean legs, the “Toxic” hitmaker folded her legs while holding them high in the air, making her pose aesthetic as she tapped one sneaker-clad foot onto the cushioned ball.

Adding in pops of pink from her striped socks and green-and-white sneakers, Spears kept her outfit coordinated, but fans were likely gawking at her sensational display. “Stretching in the morning keeps me motivated,” she wrote with four heart emoji.

Fans were quick to comment. “I want leg muscle like this,” one envious user replied. Another, meanwhile, noted Britney’s tiny dog in the gym, writing: “The dog!”

2020 marked Spears candidly explaining to her fans that she had, by mistake, burned her gym to a crisp. In an Instagram video that’s still live on her feed, the best-selling author wrote: “But yes …. I burnt it down. I walked past the door to the gym and flames BOOM !!!!!! By the Grace of God the alarm went off after that and yippy hoorah nobody got hurt.”

“Unfortunately now I have only two pieces of equipment left lol and a one-sided mirror gym !!!!! But it could be much worse so I’m grateful. Pssss I like working out better outside anyways,” she added. Spears has technically also lost another piece of workout equipment since. Ex-husband Sam Asghari, a personal trainer, is no longer in her life.

Britney married Iranian-born Sam in 2022, although the former couple began dating in 2016 after meeting on the set of Britney’s “Slumber Party” music video.

Just this month, the mom of two admitted to making “mistakes” in her relationship with Sam.

“The time he picked me up … It’s weird cause there are always strange turns for relationships with friends family or your loved ones in the [roller coaster emoji] of any journey you’re on with someone !!!” she wrote, adding: “Looking back is hard sometimes but it’s honestly crucial … I’m honestly too sensitive in most situations.”
