Southern Charm alum Kathryn Dennis was arrested for DUI after a three-car collision on Monday night. Get all the details.
Kathryn Dennis was reportedly arrested for driving under the influence on Monday night in Goose Creek, South Carolina, following a three-car collision.
According to TMZ, cops found the former Southern Charm star to have “glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her person.”
The 32-year-old was booked for DUI and driving with an open container.
Kathryn has a long history of substance abuse. In 2016, she lost custody of her kids, daughter Kensington, 10, and son Saint Julien, 8, with ex Thomas Ravenel after she tested positive for marijuana. She entered rehab a short time later.
In 2019, Kathryn admitted that she wasn’t fully sober and still consumed alcohol while appearing on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
“I don’t smoke weed or do anything illegal like that,” she said at the time.
“It’s not like I’m drinking, though, going out partying by any means,” the Bravoleb added.
Around that same time, Kathryn’s ex accused her of being “addicted to prescription medications, marijuana, alcohol, shopping, and sex” and that she and her “friends, cast members, and producers” trade prescription drugs.
Last year, the mom of two was involved in an alleged hit-and-run at an elementary school, but she was never charged.
In October 2023, PEOPLE reported that Kathyn allegedly stuck a Berkley County deputy as the officer directed traffic.
