Blueface and his mother, Karlissa Saffold, make the statement, “The apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree,” reign true — and it couldn’t be more evident in their wild antics like recently, where his mother claimed she rejected 50 Cent and Ice Cube in her younger years.
On Thursday (June 22), a clip surfaced of the L.A. native’s mother strolling about while showing off her figure. As she boasted about her hot bod, she also noted how she often had to turn men down back in the day.
And it wasn’t just your average Joe — it was big names like 50 Cent, Ice Cube, and former NBA star Shaquille O’Neal, among others, according to her.
“…Y’all already know I wasn’t nothing to deal with 20 years ago,” she said, scanning her body with the camera. “Shit 25, put a week on it. [I] wasn’t nothing to play with, okay? Ask somebody. Who I turned down? 50, Shaq, Cube… Who else? Usher… It was a no! So momma didn’t play. Better ask somebody, I wasn’t nothing to deal with. It was a no.”

However, the rapper and his mother’s relationship is rocky, to say the least.
Aside from allegedly getting into physical altercations with his mother and sister, Kaliwae, Blueface admitted in an interview with RapTV earlier this year that they are no longer communicating and referred to her as “weird.”

His comments came shortly after his mother accused Chrisean Rock of faking her pregnancy.
In other related news, Blueface‘s baby mother, Jaidyn Alexis, found herself the butt of Druski‘s jokes this past weekend after the comedian implied that he was Alexis’ doppelgänger.
The “Thotiana” rapper shared a video to his Instagram Stories of Alexis in the studio as she worked on new music, and one critic reshared the video to their Twitter while commenting that the rapper’s baby mother looked “a mess.”
Druski then reposted the tweet and added that he was “wildin” during that studio session, implying that he and Alexis looked alike. “I was wildin this night,” he wrote.
