Barbie and Ken recently had some very special guests crashing at their Malibu Dreamhouse. On July 1, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend shared a collection of photos from their recent stay at the newly renovated Barbie-themed Airbnb on their respective Instagrams. The photos include the duo raiding Ken’s closet, as well as hanging out with their two eldest children, Luna and Miles.
Teigen kicked off her post with a pic featuring her wearing Ken’s cowboy shirt from the “Barbie” movie, while Legend wore Ken’s sleeveless denim jacket. She followed that snap up with a photo of Miles trying on the jacket and standing next to a guitar, and a picture of Luna going full Barbie with her pink bucket hat, brightly colored dress, and her mom’s high heels. On June 30, Teigen teased the family’s stay at the Dreamhouse when she posed in the same shoes, as she re-created Barbie’s arched foot scene from the movie’s trailer.
The cookbook author also included a few videos from her visit, including one where she tries on Ken’s yellow roller skates. Meanwhile, Legend and Miles had some fun with the house’s life-size horse. In one video, Legend wears hot pink shorts and sits on the back of the horse with an excited Miles, who happily takes a cowboy hat when it’s offered to him. “Spent the night at ken’s!!!” Teigen captioned her post.
Legend shared several of the same photos in his post, but he added one of Miles standing on the back of the horse as his dad made sure he didn’t fall. He wrote, “Barbie and Ken, Sr and Jr. Thanks for having us @airbnb.”
It’s unclear exactly when the family’s visit took place, but the Legend-Teigen household already had an exciting June thanks to the arrival of their fourth child, Wren Alexander, whom they welcomed via surrogate. Wren joins his older siblings Luna, Miles, and 5-month-old Esti.
