Tom Sandoval was spotted holding hands with rumored girlfriend Tii in the wee hours of the morning on Monday, despite having denied their alleged romance just weeks ago.
As Sandoval, 40, continues to spend time with the aspiring musician, who he was first seen with in early August, his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, 38, has officially met her Dancing With the Stars partner, who she began working out with at a Los Angeles studio, also on Monday.
In photos shared by the Daily Mail on September 11, Ariana was seen arriving to the studio in a pink crop top and black leggings with a black sweatshirt tied around her waist. As she smiled at the awaiting photographers, Ariana strutted her stuff in Nike sneakers and toted two cans of Celsius energy drink with her hair down.

As she began dancing, Ariana confirmed to her fans and followers that she met her dance partner and teased her upcoming competitors, who will be announced on Good Morning America on Wednesday (Jamie Lynn Spears was revealed as a dancer on Tuesday).
“Hey, it’s Ariana. I am so excited to do Dancing With The Stars this season. I just met my partner, he’s really great, but I can’t tell you who it is,” she teased in an Instagram video. “The other people who are on this season are insane. So you have to tune into GMA and you have to stay tuned to see who is going to be on!”
As Ariana began preparing for her Dancing With the Stars debut, Sandoval was spotted early on Monday morning, just before 2:00 a.m., as he and Tii arrived back to what TMZ said was “his apartment” after spending time at a West Hollywood bar.
In a photo shared by the outlet, Sandoval was seen holding the hand of Tii, who he met through Pump Rules co-star and friend Billie Lee.

While it is unclear whether or not Sandoval has officially moved out of the $2 million home he has continued to share with Ariana in the months since their split, which was prompted by his months-long affair with Raquel Leviss, 28, TMZ’s report certainly hints at so.
Vanderpump Rules season 11 is expected to begin airing later this year or early next year on Bravo.
