Tia Mowry is clarifying some details about her love life after revealing how challenging it is to date following her divorce from husband Cory Hardrict.
As we previously reported, during a recent appearance on @chrisgqperry’s podcast, she admitted that the dating scene is not like it used to be. “It’s is very tough and it’s exhausting,” she said. The actress even recalled how she was courted by Hardrict when they first dated and still to this day thinks it was “beautiful.” However, she said she doesn’t see that anymore and wishes people would “go back” to tradition.
Of course, fans who watched the clip were quick to think there was a possibility of her and Hardrict getting back together. However, the “Sister, Sister” star made it real clear where she stands. In a new tweet, she said, “Just because the dating life is complicated. Doesn’t mean I’m going to go back to something that no longer served me. That’s like saying if I don’t book an audition or a part right away I’m going to give up on my dreams as an actor. Please just stop. I ain’t that weak. Please move on because I have . Thank you NEXT.” In the middle of that, one fan tweeted to her, “That’s a lot to say. Especially at 6 a.m..I would never address this publicly and I know we all handle things in our own way but gaddog. I would be too focused on my life and my kids to comment on my ex-husband/ their father.” Now y’all know Mowry is the twin sister who doesn’t not play! She immediately clapped back and said, “Boo boo, I’m in Europe traveling the world. So it ain’t 6 am. Also, you ain’t me either so I think it’s best to stop projecting your life onto mine. Focus on YOU, not me. Next 🙏🏽”

Last October, Mowry announced on Instagram that she and Hardrict had decided to go their “separate ways” after 14 years of marriage. Mowry didn’t go into specific details about it but their split appeared to be very amicable as no cheating was involved. In a heartfelt Instagram post she said,
“I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways,” she wrote alongside a black-and-white photo of the couple. “These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children.”
The actress continued, “I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.”
Since then, the two have had nothing but kind things to say about one another when briefly talking about their breakup publicly.
The former duo who share son Cree, 11, and daughter Cairo, 5, have since settled their divorce and have remained cordial.
