Yikes, things aren’t looking that good between Tyga and Blac Chyna, aka Angela White, as the rapper has reportedly just clapped back at Chyna’s child support and custody case by now seeking full custody of their 11-year-old son King Cairo.
As we’ve previously reported, Chyna hit her ex-fiancé with a child support case over the son back in late August. In her petition, she not only asked for child support, but she also demanded joint custody over their son.

At the time, it was reported that “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.” It was also noted that the amount of child support can be determined by how much custody one parent has compared to the other, in addition to the obvious factor of which parent makes more money.
In her filing, Chyna said she wanted more visitation with King Cairo, as she reportedly only has 24 hours per week with him at the moment. In her petition, which specifically shows her seeking “to determine parental relationship,” also included a demand for more transparency when it comes to information regarding King’s health and living situation.

She previously told Entertainment Tonight, “The most important thing for me right now is battling my custody case to get my son, King. Once that’s out of the way, I feel like I can go on to the next thing, but that right now is my main priority. My kids are my main priority… [and] I’m not gonna give up, at all. Moms don’t give up on their kids.”
Chyna who shares King Cairo with Tyga, also shares 6-year-old daughter Dream Kardashian with her other ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian.

Following Chyna’s August filing for joint custody and child support, Tyga has now reportedly fired back at her with his own filing, demanding sole custody of their son. According to The Blast, Tyga wants Chyna to have a “reasonable right of parenting time (visitation) to the party without physical custody.”
The outlet says that in the legal documents they obtained, Tyga also addressed Chyna traveling with King, which reportedly sees him wanting to “have written permission from the other parent or party, or a court order, to take the children out of the state of California.”
