Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade may have started facing romance rumors earlier this year. But back in late 2022, they were caught attending BravoCon together.
Just as the alleged couple was spotted together in a recently resurfaced photo, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54, was seen admitting to needing “space” and “freedom” from her now-estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, 53, as Dorit Kemsley, 47, raised some on-camera questions about their marriage.
“I wasn’t ready to address that stuff,” Kyle said during an October 27 appearance on Live! With Kelly and Mark, via Us Weekly. “It would’ve been better if she had asked me that off camera. … I was really not happy. I feel like you could see that.”
According to Kyle, she was a “little angry” and a “little bitter” amid filming this season.
Kyle’s comments about Dorit came after a preview of their discussion was shared.
“I wanted to call you because I feel like something’s going on,” Dorit told Kyle in a sneak peek at the November 1 episode of RHOBH. “It feels like there’s this heaviness.”
“How are things with you and Mo?” she continued.
“He’s really stressed with work, and I think in the past six months, I had a rough time, you know?” Kyle replied.
Then, in a cast confessional, Dorit further explained her concerns about Kyle and Mauricio.
“[Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley] and I used to go for dinners all the time with Kyle and Mau. We’d go on vacations, we’d go to their house, we haven’t seen Kyle and Mau as a couple in a very long time. Something has got to be up,” she stated.
Back in the scene, Dorit continued to question her co-star.
“Have you had any thoughts recently like you think you would not end up with Mau?” she wondered.
“What would make you think this?” Kyle responded.
“Well, like, even just from Instagram, we usually see you and Mau together, and it just seemed like you were spending a lot of time away from each other,” Dorit noted, prompting Kyle to admit to wanting space from her spouse.
“I feel like I needed a little freedom and some space,” she revealed.
“Specifically away from your husband?” Dorit asked as the scene ended.
During another moment from the preview, Kyle was seen opening up to her castmates, including Erika Jayne, 52, about her and Mauricio’s rough year.
“I’m married for a long time. I’d be lying if I were to say last year didn’t affect me and our relationship… It was a very rough year,” she shared.
As for the image of Kyle and Morgan, who have continuously denied they are dating, that was shared by Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram on October 29.
“Just noticing that Morgan was at last year’s BravoCon with Kyle!” read a message shared to their IG Story.
