Blac Chyna is still going forward with her legal fight against Tyga. As we previously reported, Chyna is fighting for joint custody of their 10-year-old son, King.
According to The Blast, the news outlet received legal documents that state Blac Chyna recently enrolled and completed a parent education course before the next time she has to head to court for this case. As we all know, Chyna has filed a “petition to determine parental relationship” but Tyga only wants her to have visitation rights.

The news publication reported that Chyna completed the court-mandated program called “Our Children First” on November 1, according to the documents they received. The program description reads, “Parents are required by law to attend a mediation orientation/ parent education program (Our Children First) and a mediation session prior to appearing at a Request for Order or Trial regarding the custody and/ or visitation of their children.”
It continues, “Parents must complete this online program only once…Please plan to complete this program in one sitting to ensure that you receive the required information in the clearest possible manner.”
In that petition the socialite also filed a petition to receive child support from her ex-fiancé. “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.” Blac Chyna has been very open about her life as a parent. As we previously reported, back in March of 2022. Chyna revealed that she had to give up multiple cars because had no support from Tyga or Rob Kardashian.
“Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars …my reasons… morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I’m a MAMA,” Chyna previously wrote on Instagram. In 2020, Chyna said her “biggest flex” was not receiving support. “My biggest flex. I mean, just honestly taking care of my kids by myself as a single parent, but no child support,” she said. “So that’s my biggest flex. … That’s what’s up.” Tyga brushed off those allegations and commented on The Shade Room saying, “I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me mon- sat. Why would I pay child support lol.”
