Megan Fox is opening up about a miscarriage she suffered after getting pregnant with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly.
“I had never been through anything like that before in my life,” said Fox. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately and together and apart … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” In the book, released Tuesday, the “Transformers” star seemingly shared that she feels somewhat responsible for the loss, writing of getting an ultrasound at 10 weeks and a day, “maybe if you hadn’t … maybe if I had…”

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly first met on the set of the movie “Midnight in the Switchgrass” in March 2020. They began dating shortly thereafter, and their relationship quickly became the subject of tabloid speculation.
