Paris Hilton has announced the news of a second child – and it seems the baby has already arrived.
The heiress and entrepreneur shared a photo on Instagram of a pink baby’s outfit emblazoned with ‘London’, accompanied by a pair of heart-shaped sunnies and a toy.
“Thankful for my baby girl,” she wrote.

Hilton – who welcomed her first child with husband Carter Reum, son Phoenix, via surrogate in January – also shared a TikTok video of her young relatives at Thanksgiving, asking them, “You guys excited for your new cousin?”
“You have two babies?” one asks, to which she replies, “I have two babies.”
Responding to a comment congratulating her, she wrote, “My princess has arrived!!”
Hilton and husband Carter Reum tied the knot in 2021 after 15 years of friendship. The pair began dating in November 2019 and were engaged just three months later.

Like her famous mother, it would seem the newest Hilton family addition will be named after a popular city. Phoenix is also the name of a city in Arizona.
Hilton has previously shared her hopes of having a baby girl named London.
“The girl is gonna be named London Marilyn Hilton Reum. Marilyn after my grandmother and London because it’s my favourite city and I think Paris and London sound cute together,” she said on The Ellen Show last year.
Only days ago, the trailer for the second season of Paris in Love was released, revealing Hilton and Reum kept the news of their son a secret.

It wouldn’t be surprising for Hilton to choose to keep pictures of her newborn to herself. She was recently forced to defend Phoenix against trolling, with social media commenters remarking on the size of his head.
Hilton hit back saying, “There are some sick people in this world,” she commented on the video.
“️My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.”
