Fox has given a script commitment with penalty to Zoo P.D., an animated comedy from Family Guy executive producer Alex Carter, Aaron Kaplan’s Kapital Entertainment and Fox’s Bento Box Entertainment.
Written by Carter, Zoo P.D. follows the police force stationed inside the eighth best zoo in California. In their attempts to handle the unruly customers and improve the park, the show hits upon a hard truth: at the end of the day, we’re all just animals.
Carter executive produces with Kaplan, Steve Michaels, Diane Galardi and Matt Alvarez. Kapital Entertainment and Fox’s Bento Box Entertainment co-produce; Kevin Marco is overseeing for Kapital.
