Kaley Cuoco delighted fans with a very “special” guest as she busted out workout moves last August and featured on trainer Ryan Sorensen’s Instagram. The sitcom star, 38, turned heads for her energetic sweat session as she continues to enjoy motherhood, and this workout brought in her little munchkin. In March 2023, Kaley welcomed first daughter Matilda, shared with boyfriend Tom Pelphrey. Only months later, her little bundle of joy was joining her for a lounge-around while mommy did all the hard work. Fans went wild over the footage, although some did find reasons to throw shade.
Gym Time With Her Adorable Baby

Huffing and puffing, the blonde wowed her fans in metallic, skintight black leggings, also flaunting her shapely arms in a black tee. Going a little cropped, Kaley even peeped hints of her flat stomach as she showcased her postpartum body, but the video was more focused on her impressive moves and that very “special” guest.

The camera eventually swung to Kaley box jumping as she worked her toned glutes and quads, but there was someone enjoying her company. Lying on her back, Matilda was cooing away, and Kaley even paused her workout to go and take care of her!
Further parts of the video showed Kaley strength training and even dangling from bars as she worked her core. In a caption, Ryan wrote: “No excuses, always find a way to get it done. If you have a goal your striving for get the job done. Make the sacrifices, hold yourself accountable, be disciplined and most importantly have fun with it. Result will come! Special guest 😂.”
Ryan has been visiting Kaley’s $12 million Hidden Hills mansion for sessions since before the global pandemic. Early COVID even saw Kaley and sister Briana Cuoco having joint sister workouts with him.
Told She’s Got It Easy
Responses were supportive as fans took to the comments section, but not everyone sent Kaley love. “You make me feel tired just watching you Matilda is so sweet,” one fan adoringly replied. Another, however, threw shade, and they weren’t alone.
Getting Shade
“Of course, you have the gym at home, you are a trainer and your whole family trains. It is very easy to talk and believe that others have the same reality as you,” one fan said. “How incredible to have a massive gym in your massif house with massive mountains behind. How bizarre and out of touch celebs are,” another replied. That said, some users were curious about The Big Bang Theory star’s routine. “How many times a week does she workout?” one follower enquired.
