According to movie scooper @CanWeGetToast, Cassandra Nova’s look in Deadpool 3 will be a faithful adaptation from the comics. This means we can expect her to sport a bald head, a white shirt, a corset, and a brown trench coat paired with high-waisted tan pants and a brown belt.
Cassandra Nova is known for her formidable psychic and telekinetic abilities and possesses the power to open portals. While it remains unclear whether these portals will be used for reality-hopping similar to what America Chavez was doing in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The ability to manipulate portals could play a big part in this film’s story.
Another rumor says that a chase scene was filmed in the UK, with the location designed to resemble New York City. Surviving as a mass of cells in a sewer wall, Cassandra Nova managed to rebuild a body for herself, all while plotting her ultimate revenge on Charles Xavier. Her vendetta included taking his place and orchestrating the horrific genocide of 16 million mutants by unleashing giant Sentinels on the nation of Genosha.

They are joined by Brianna Hildebrand and Shioli Kutsuna will also return to the franchise as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s girlfriend Yukio. It was previously confirmed that Jennifer Garner will return as Elektra in the movie.
