Just days after the musician filed to divorce his estranged wife Jaylyn Chang, Paak was seen enjoying a steamy vacation with a much younger woman, who is also a singer.
Anderson Paak Goes On Vacation With Younger Woman Days After Divorce
Over the weekend, the Silk Sonic member was seen in Mexico with a Dutch musician who has been identified as Sterre Marith Tapilatu. The possible budding lovers were spotted in Puerto Vallarta, holding hands as they took an intimate stroll on the beach, catching the sunset.
Tapilatu donned a simple polka-dot beach dress while holding on to the “Leave The Door Open” singer, who opted for casual denim-on-denim attire. At one point, the lovebirds were seen taking photos of each other, showing how comfortable they are with one another.
It is unsure when Paak and Tapilatu got together, but she seems to be quite the rave on social media with 40,000 followers. The Dutch artist also has a stake in the music industry with over 190,000 monthly listeners on social media. Back in September, she released her EP titled “Ms. Break Up.”

Tapilatu is reportedly 24 years old, making her 13 years younger than the award-winning singer. The Blast broke the news that Paak filed for divorce from Chang on Friday, January 12 in the Los Angeles Courts, seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two children.
The former couple shares two kids, Soul Rasheed (13) and Shine Tariq (6). Paak met Chang, a music student from South Korea, while she was in college. Before becoming a successful musician, Paak was reportedly working on a Marijuana farm in Santa Barbara, California. However, he was fired and became homeless with his wife and infant son.

In the divorce filing, Paak listed their separation date as TBD and also asked the court to terminate its ability to award spousal support to his ex-wife. It is unsure if they have an ironclad prenuptial agreement to help with the splitting of their assets.
Chang is Paak’s second wife, and the “Make It Better” artist once opened up about their marriage on “The Breakfast Club” saying, “Jaylyn is the one that matters.” During another interview, he credited the COVID-19 pandemic for drawing him and the mother of his kids closer.
“My son was really into YouTube, so I was like ‘We should do skits’ because he’s naturally funny and he dances. I started helping him film skits, and then he would help me edit them,” Paak told HypeBeast about how the pandemic resulted in quality family time. “We were staying up till two or three in the morning, making these videos together. It made me want to make a movie with him.”
