As the 2024 presidential election approaches, the political landscape is abuzz with speculation and discussions surrounding potential candidates. Recently, rapper Meek Mill became the latest celebrity to share his honest thoughts on the matter, specifically addressing the age of President Joe Biden.
In his tweet, Meek Mill expressed his belief that Biden’s age may hinder his ability to effectively lead the nation. He said, “Joe Biden is too old to be our president ‘respectfully.’ The Dreams and Nightmares artist continued saying, “WTF is going on in the American system that y’all pushing this through like it’s okay to trust what we seeing… we talking missiles … advance technology… mental and physical warfare …. That’s not a lane for the older 🧐”
Aside from his age, it doesn’t look like Meek Mill was going to give his vote to Biden either way. In December, the rap star who’s also an advocate for criminal justice slammed Biden for his past comments about the crime in cities like New York City and his native Philadelphia.
In an undated video that made its rounds online, the 46th President talks about trucks pulling up to the curb “selling weapons, selling guns” in the streets of those two cities. He explained that the punishment for such behavior would be more severe moving forward. In response, the Philly rapper responded, claiming what Biden was saying is completely false. “Gotta be the army pulling up with trucks of guns in Philly,” he captioned the post. “This not true unless he know[s] something we don’t know!”

Aside from the Dream Chasers star, radio host Charlamagne Tha God has also expressed his disapproval for Joe Biden. While as the guest host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” last month, Charlamagne cited Biden’s old age and poor polling for reasons he isn’t the best bet to beat Trump, who is the 2024 GOP presidential primary front-runner.
He said of the 81-year-old: “The facts are Biden’s not getting any younger, he’s not gonna get any more popular, he’s not getting a new running mate,” Charlamagne said. “So please Mr. President, give America the ultimate Christmas gift and step aside.”

Back in November: Cardi B dropped her support for Biden out of frustration over budget cuts to her home town New York as Washington voted to increase funding for overseas wars.
“I’m endorsing no presidents no more,” Cardi B warned. “Joe Biden is talking about, ‘Yeah, we can fund two wars,’ … talking about, ‘Yeah, we got it, we’re the greatest nation.’ No … we’re not. We don’t got it, and we’re going through some shit right now. So say it!” She went on to say: “We are really, really, really fucked right now. No, we cannot fund these … wars.” Cardi B asked whether the US was going broke and then answered: “Yes, it is. We ain’t got McDonald’s money.”
