Waka Flocka and Melanie have been enjoying their honeymoon stage from what the newly revealed couple has shared so far!
On Jan. 18, Mel returned Waka’s Instagram shoutout with a sweet video of their outings. As previously reported, Flocka let fans know he had romantically moved on from Tammy Rivera to “Big Mel” on Jan.10. At the time, he shared a shot of them posing next to a helicopter.
Just a few days ago, Melanie shared a photo dump of her helicopter date with Waka to her Instagram feed. In the caption, she wrote, “Imagine being loved the way you love.”

But on Thursday, she let it be known the date nights have BEEN going on. She shared a short clip featuring selfie videos of her and Waka on different outings. From drinks and hookah to an illusion museum of some sort to holiday market cheer — Waka and Melanie have been out, out from the looks of it.

Shortly after Waka first revealed his new lady, the mixed reactions and comparisons to his ex-wife started pouring in. In response, Waka stepped into The Shade Room’s Instagram comment section and asked folks to respect his and Tammy’s “personal lives.” Their daughter Charlie also weighed in, revealing her mother is also in a relationship.
“Leave my father alone he is happy, and my mother is happy both in separate relationships,” she wrote.
The specifics of how long Waka and Melanie have been dating aren’t clear. However, her video clips show that they, at minimum, spent time together during the holiday season.
Tammy, meanwhile, has remained hushed in response to Waka’s new romance AND her daughter spilling her tea.
