Amid their divorce battle, Teyana Taylor has accused Iman Shumpert of playing dirty by gradually cutting off the utilities in their shared home, where she resides with their two children, according to TMZ Hip Hop.

In a recent court filing, Teyana claimed that she woke up one day to find that the WiFi and cable in their Georgia home had been disconnected. The following day, she discovered the water had also been shut off, and she squarely blamed Iman. Court documents revealed Teyana stated that Iman moved out in October, and soon after, his brother, who manages his personal affairs, informed her that Iman intended to terminate the power supply.
Since then, Teyana alleged that Iman has not paid any child support or contributed to the expenses of their children, including food and clothing costs. With the water, cable, and WiFi gone, Teyana expressed concerns that Iman might proceed to disconnect the gas and electricity, leaving their two children in a cold and dark home. In addition to her immediate worries about the children, Teyana claimed that Iman left her responsible for $200,000 worth of home renovations he had initiated three years ago.

According to the documents, Iman informed her that his money was tied up in investments and suggested that she cover the cost, promising to reimburse her. However, Teyana asserted that she had not received any payment from him. Given that their divorce is still pending, Teyana highlighted that the court had issued a standing order, requiring both parties to maintain the status quo regarding their home and finances until the divorce is finalized.
She is seeking the judge’s intervention to hold Iman in contempt for violating the court order and to compel him to start providing monthly child support.
