RHOSLC’s Monica Garcia Accused of ‘Stalking’ & ‘Harassing’

New allegations against Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Monica Garcia have come to light. Get all the tea!

The RHOSLC newbie was outed for her role in the Reality Von Tease Instagram account alongside Jen Shah’s former hairstylist, Tanesha Luckett.

The troll Instagram account was dedicated to bringing down Jen Shah as well as other members of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast.

After Monica Garcia’s involvement in the Reality Von Tease account came to light, Heather Gay and Lisa Barlow accused her of stalking Jen Shah. Videos of Monica driving by Jen’s house circulated on social media, with Monica even going as far as to disguise herself. While Heather and Lisa’s claims were mere allegations, new claims of similar stalking are now circulating.

The U.S. Sun obtained a police report from July 26, 2023, in which Tenesha called West Jordan police to report that she was being stalked.

According to the report, Tenesa claims she saw Monica “driving around her neighborhood,” which she found “very unusual,” given that Monica lives in Kaysville – a half an hour away from Tenesha’s home in West Jordan.

The report also reveals that Tenesha made the police aware of Monica’s alleged history of “stalking” others in the area, especially those she has had a “falling out” with.

The report read, “Tenesha stated that she is not scared of her safety, but she wants to document the occurrence in case something happens.”

Then, on January 1, Tenesha went back to the police to report “harassment.” In the report, Tenesha “stated that [stalking] issue has since stopped as she has not seen Monica’s vehicle in the area since. However, recently, she found out about an Instagram page … which she believes Monica made to bad mouth Tenesha.”

Tenesha alleges that Monica has created another burner account, aptly named Reality Von Sleeze, in order to harass her and others on social media.

The Instagram account wrote, “about how Tenesha is being called out for previously having a ‘burn web page’ that said nasty things about other women.”

Per The U.S. Sun, the Reality Von Sleeze account has been deleted but did exist at one point in time. Currently, the link to the page gives results that read: “Sorry, this page isn’t available.”

“[Tenesha] has been receiving messages from multiple people about things only she and Monica knew,” the January police report continued.  

The report concluded, “As of this time, it’s unknown if Monica is directly involved in this Instagram webpage that Tenesha said is badmouthing her and her character.”

“No threats were reported to have occurred, and it’s currently unknown who is even messaging Tenesha on this webpage as it’s [sic] all apparently anonymous.”

No changes have been filed against Monica at this time, with police dubbing the allegations a civil case and not a criminal one.

When reached out to for comment, Tenesha shared why she felt it was necessary to report Monica’s alleged behavior.

In a statement, Tenesha said, “I have not seen her in my neighborhood for the last couple of months. I was very hesitant on even calling the police because that’s honestly not my first instinct, but knowing the history of what I knew her to do to other people, I felt it was necessary.”

She continued, “After seeing her in my neighborhood, I was extremely uncomfortable and unsettled, especially because I had been seeing her car for months but could never confirm it was her. I am hoping I never see her again honestly. I want to move forward with my life with Monica nowhere in sight.”

RHOSLC will return for season 5 in late 2024.
