On Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, Mauricio Umansky admits he hasn’t asked his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, about her relationship with Morgan Wade.
Mauricio Umansky reveals that he’s never once asked Kyle Richards if she’s officially dating country singer Morgan Wade amid all the gossip and speculation about their relationship.
The Agency founder admits he hasn’t been able to muster up the courage to ask his estranged wife directly about her undeniable “connection” with Morgan.
While speaking with a colleague in the Buying Beverly Hills season 2 finale episode, Mauricio Umansky confessed:
“I have not asked her straight up. There’s a lot of news on the two of them: are they dating, are they not dating?”
“Honestly, I never asked straight up,” he added.
His business partner then inquired: “Are you curious?”
“They definitely have some sort of connection together; there’s no doubt about that,” Mauricio Umansky replied.
He continued, “They spend a lot of time together. What that connection is, I have no idea. One of the reasons I don’t want to ask is I don’t want to put the extra pressure on her. If it’s working for her and giving her the opportunity to be dealing with our separation and what we’re dealing with, then I’m good with that.”
Recently, reports have surfaced claiming that Mauricio Umansky is “over” Kyle’s friendship with Morgan and believes there is more to it.
“She is happy spending time with Morgan which has caused a big strain on her marriage with Mauricio. Although there is no evidence Kyle and Morgan are more than friends Mauricio is over it. He absolutely believes there is more to their friendship than what she tells him,” the source alleged earlier this month.
Mauricio Umansky previously claimed that he didn’t believe the gossip that Morgan and Kyle were anything more than friends.
While it’s unclear what’s going on between Kyle and Morgan or what caused Mauricio and Kyle’s split, we do know that it seems the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple’s split may be for good as Mauricio is reportedly looking to move out of his and Kyle’s Encino mansion.
The couple is rumored to be heading for a divorce, which could turn quite ugly as they do not have a prenup and have amassed quite a fortune throughout their nearly 30-year marriage.
In September 2023, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky confirmed their separation after months of speculation. The two admitted that they are “free” to date other people.
The ex-RHOBH couple wed in 1996. They share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15. Mauricio is also stepfather to Kyle’s daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 34, from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
