Nicole Martin has become a fan favorite on The Real Housewives of Miami. Fans will recall that she announced her pregnancy last year with her fiance, Anthony Lopez. Now, the RHOM star has given birth and is updating fans on how it went before taking a break from Instagram.
Nicole joined the RHOM cast for season four. Fans seem to love her because she’s smart and brings a much-needed element to the show. This is her second child. She and Anthony started dating in 2015 and got engaged at the end of 2021.
Bravosnarkside was able to capture Nicole’s Instagram baby announcement. She confirmed the news on March 28 and shared the baby’s name, which is Genevieve. In the Instagram Story, Nicole said, “Good morning, everybody. Um, lots of messages. I realize I left everyone in suspense with my last post being in the hospital and then didn’t follow up for a few days.”
She then goes on to confirm that she had a C-section and that the baby came much earlier than expected.
Nicole says, “It has been hectic, to say the least, but mommy and baby girl are recovering from a C-section that was earlier than expected, but here we are. We’re doing good, and thank you for all the warm wishes.”
Nicole then says she’ll take an Instagram break as she recovers.
“I will probably take an Instagram break for a few as we recover, but, overall, we are doing well, and I’m feeling okay. A little nauseous, but otherwise, not too bad, and baby girl is trying to figure things out. So, stay tuned for more updates.”
Genevieve reportedly arrived about a month ahead of schedule, but it seems the family is adjusting nicely. Regarding RHOM, there hasn’t been any casting news for season seven. However, Nicole is considered a front-runner to return.
