Marvel Studios Casts Natasha Lyonne in THE FANTASTIC 4 — GeekTyrant

Marvel Studios has added Poker Face star Natasha Lyonne to the cast of The Fantastic 4. There’s no information on who she’s playing in the film, but it’s cool to see the actress jump into the MCU.

Lyonne joins a cast that also includes Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us) as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby (Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning) as Sue Storm, aka the Invisible Woman; Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things) as Johnny Storm, aka the Human Torch; and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Punisher, The Bear) as Ben Grimm, aka the Thing.

Paul Walter Houser also recently was cast in the project in an unknown role, and Julia Garner (Ozark, Inventing Anna) will take on the role of Shalla-Bal, who is an incarnation of Silver Surfer. Ralph Ineson will play Galactus.

The movie is set in the 1960s, and the screenplay comes from Josh Friedman, who was brought in to rewrite the script originally written by Jeff Kaplan and Ian Springer.

The movie will start shooting mid-summer in England. The Fantastic 4 will hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
