Milania Giudice, the 18-year-old daughter of RHONJ star Teresa Giudice, was involved in a car crash last Friday in the Garden State. Get all the details.
Teresa Giudice‘s daughter Milania is recovering after getting into a nasty fender bender last Friday, per TMZ. While the 18-year-old is doing just fine, the same can’t be said about her new Mercedes convertible.
According to police documents, Milania was involved in the crash on Friday in Boonton, NJ, when her convertible collided with another car.
The report reveals that there was some disagreement at the scene about who was at fault for the wreck. Milania claims the other driver ran a stop sign and slowly went through an intersection before hitting her car.
However, the other driver claims they stopped at the stop sign and pulled out but somehow managed to crash into the Milania’s car.
Cops sided with Milania, stating the accident occurred because of the other driver’s “inattention and failing to yield to the right of way” of Milania’s vehicle.
The Giudice family attorney, James Leonard, confirmed that the 18-year-old was involved in the accident but noted: “We are extremely grateful that nobody was hurt. That’s all that matters.”
Despite the accident, the Giudice family still managed to spend the weekend celebrating Milania’s decision to attend the University of Tampa for college in the fall.
“Congratulations on the University of Tampa! I love you so much, and I am so proud of you! I can’t wait to see what you accomplish within four years; make mommy proud,” Teresa gushed on Instagram.
