Sikandar movie (2025): Salman Khan reveals BTS photo

Salman Khan, producer Sajid Nadiadwala, and director AR Murugadoss have officially begun filming Sikandar. The production kicked off on June 18, 2024, in Mumbai. Khan marked the occasion by posting a behind-the-scenes photo on social media, where he, Nadiadwala, and Murugadoss are seen sharing a laugh. “Looking forward to #Eid2025 with team #Sikandar. #SajidNadiadwala’s #Sikandar, Directed by @ARMurugadoss,” Khan captioned the photo.

The post, which was shared on Khan’s and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment’s Instagram handles, sparked a wave of excitement among fans. One enthusiastic follower commented, “It’s looking awesome, and definitely Sikandar will be an ATB.” Another user wrote, “Wooohoooo, sooo looking forward to this.”

Mission Impossible team is reportedly designing the action scenes for Sikandar, promising high-octane sequences that fans of the genre will love. The movie, which will be released in 2025, is gearing up to feature an ambitious mid-air action sequence featuring Khan, further raising expectations.

The buzz around Sikandar started building in March when Sajid Nadiadwala announced the project. During the Eid celebrations, Salman Khan shared the film’s title and confirmed Sikandar’s release date. Furthermore, apart from Khan, the film will also feature Pushpa actor Rashmika Mandanna.

AR Murugadoss’ return to Hindi cinema after an eight-year hiatus following Akira (2016) adds another layer of anticipation. This film also marks a reunion for Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala, who have previously delivered hits like Judwaa, Kick, and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.

With the film’s production now underway and the first behind-the-scenes photo shared, excitement for Sikandar continues to build. Fans eagerly await more updates and teasers as the project progresses towards its 2025 release.
