Belgian DJ and producer Amelie Lens has granted a fan guestlist and backstage access for life, she revealed in a lighthearted Instagram post.
As the techno superstar was milling around the 2024 Glastonbury Festival, she came across a sign reading, “Oli wasn’t able to get tickets this year. Please ring & tell him how amazing it is,” followed by the man’s phone number. Lens then gave him a ring as the sign instructed and said, “I just wanted to call you to say how amazing it is here!”
Lens said that Oli had no idea who was calling until seeing her Instagram Reel. However, the joke started to sour when others started to call as well after seeing his number on her platform of over two million followers.
Feeling sorry for the influx of calls and messages Oli received, Lens made a deal with him—he changed his number, and she gave him guestlist and backstage access for life. Fair deal? We’re sure Oli thinks so.
