Actor Jay Ellis recently welcomed his second child with his wife, Nina Senicar.
PEOPLE reports the pair took to social media to announce, “We have a son.”

Jay Ellis Welcomes His Second Child With Wife Nina
Jay and Nina made separate posts on Instagram expressing their joy at the arrival of their little king. They posted the same photo on their respective accounts, holding their son’s feet. Their first child, Nora Grace Ellis, 3, also had her little brother’s tiny feet in her hands. Jay captioned his photo, “Noa Gray Ellis 7.11.24.” Under the image, he received congratulatory comments from entertainers Tiffany Haddish, Quinta Brunson, and Mack Wilds. Nina captioned her post, “Wow, we have a son,” with an exploding head emoji. Ellis’ castmate Yvonne Oriji commented under the photo, “On 7/11!!!! We love it!” Natasha Rothwell, who depicted Kelli on the hit HBO series, wrote, “Aunt Tasha reporting for duty.”
The pair were introduced by a mutual friend at an L.A. bar in 2015. In 2017, the ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ star told ‘The Breakfast Club’ that he was “…in a very happy relationship, and that’s where I leave it. I don’t really worry about anything else, and that’s it.” The couple married in Tuscany, Italy, in July 2022. Vogue reports Nina revealed that “it was magical to see how” their “different cultures” came together at their wedding. The couple were elated to see how the people “they loved the most” intermingled “in such a beautiful and spontaneous” way.

Commenters on The Shade Room’s Instagram report reacted to the news that Ellis and his wife had welcomed a baby.
