Shannon Beador Claims John Janssen Wanted RHOC Stars to Dress Less Provocatively – All About The Real Housewives

Shannon Beador accuses her ex-boyfriend, John Janssen, of wanting her RHOC co-stars to “cover up” their bodies and dress more conservatively.

Shannon Beador appeared on Scheana Shay’s “Scheananigans” podcast, where the Real Housewives of Orange County star discussed her toxic relationship with her ex-boyfriend John Janssen.

During the interview, the Bravo star made it clear that she isn’t holding back when it comes to her ex or his new girlfriend, Alexis Bellino.

When asked about John moving on with Alexis, Shannon admitted that she was “surprised” that Alexis was the type of woman John would rebound with because he always wanted her to be more conservative, and Alexis is the exact opposite.

“Right before we broke up, I was in New York doing press, and he’s like, ‘You really should cut your hair, so it’s more age appropriate. Like, if you have really long hair with extensions, it looks phony,’” Shannon explained. “That’s kind of what Alexis and her hair is.”

Shannon also claimed that John has many questionable opinions about her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars.

“And then [John] would say, like, ‘Why do these girls dress so provocatively? Like, they really should cover up and be conservative,’” Shannon continued.

Not surprisingly, John responded to Shannon’s podcast comments in a statement to Page Six.

“Although Shannon may have occasionally asked for my feedback and opinion on her own hairstyles and clothing options, I never commented on how the other women dressed or styled their hair,” he said. “It’s sad to see Shannon resorting to attacks on Alexis’ beauty and appearance.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
