Shannon Beador Claims She Spent ‘Thousands’ on John Janssen

Shannon Beador hinted she has receipts proving she paid for things during her relationship with ex John Janssen, and she suggested that he gave her $75,000 as reimbursement as castmates reacted. John is now suing her for that money, claiming he loaned it as she paid for plastic surgery.

The lawsuit surprised her Real Housewives of Orange County castmates because Shannon previously indicated that John hardly paid for anything in their past romance. In the current season of the show, Shannon was forced to film with John’s new girlfriend Alexis Bellino.

In a preview for the upcoming episode, Shannon, Emily, Gina, and Heather addressed John’s claim that he loaned her $75,000 for plastic surgery.

“It made you look like you had been dishonest about the relationship,” said Emily, via @Therealhousewiveszone on Instagram.

“Do I have stacks of my credit cards and canceled checks that prove and show that I paid for stuff?” Shannon answered. “It’s insane, you guys!”

Gina later added, “We know that you were paying for a bunch of stuff at the beginning. We didn’t know that [the facelift money] was his attempt to reimburse you.”

“That was my understanding,” said Shannon.

Giving an example, Shannon claimed she paid for a family vacation celebrating the birthday of John’s oldest daughter. According to the star, this cost her nearly $10,000, and it included “four rooms at the London Hotel” in Los Angeles.

“That’s how generous I was, and he’s telling me that I owe him money,” Shannon added.

Emily then asked if she was trying to “buy the relationship” or “buy his love.”

“No,” Shannon answered. “I enjoyed it.” She said she never confronted him because she knows how “men’s egos” are.

Emily suggested that Shannon cut out her attorney and offer John $30,000.

“I don’t want to!” she responded. “Out of principle … I don’t want to give them a dollar. It’s such a freakin slap in the face to me.”

Shannon then started to tear up as her friends offered support.

“I just want her to do whatever it takes to get him the f**k out of her life,” said Emily. “I’ll write a check to him!”

Heather added, “I want you to sign it, ‘Shannon Go-F**king-Choke-On-This Beador.’”
