Kim Zolciak lashed out at her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, after he accused her of excessive spending and constant partying in a motion requesting a judge allow him to force the sale of their Georgia mansion without her consent.
While out in Los Angeles earlier this week, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 46, said that as Kroy, 38, hoarded his own money, she was left to support their family with help from her oldest daughter, Brielle Biermann, 27.
“I’m the one that pays all the bills — all the kids’ clothes, all the school clothes, most of the food we eat every other night. He has not paid a bill in that house. He’s paid two electric bills in the last eighteen months, not a cable, a water, a phone, nothing. Nothing. That man has not paid a bill in that house,” Kim told TMZ. “[And] Brielle’s helped. She’s helped at times when I needed her to.”
As they continue to feud over the sale of their home, Kim shaded Kroy for playing a “game.”
“He said that if I ever divorce him, he would destroy me publicly. [But] it’s not working. It’s not going to,” she vowed. “Partying? I may have a glass of wine with my friends on my birthday or at a Kentucky Derby party. That’s about it. I don’t go out. I have four kids at home.”
Although Kroy has taken a stand against Kim publicly, Kim claimed he’s tried to win her back behind closed doors.
“He’s always wanting to work it out. He was in my room yesterday trying to work it out. So none of it makes sense,” she noted, confirming that she is not willing to salvage their marriage.
Kim also said that they are “trying to sell that house.”
“Who would take a $3.5 million offer on a $5.5 million appraisal? Nobody. He’s got his $1.5 million pension, whatever else. So he’s fine. So he’s hoarded all his money and I’ve spent all mine taking care of my family,” she concluded.
TMZ: Kim Zolciak says Kroy is a deadbeat who doesn’t pay for a thing!!! Kim says her daughter, Brielle, contributes more financially than Kroy. Plus, Kim says Kroy is begging for her to take him back.

In court documents obtained by TMZ last week, Kroy requested he be allowed to force the sale of their home, which is set for foreclosure in October, and asked a judge to grant him an emergency hearing so that he doesn’t lose a potential deal.
In his motion, Kroy accused Kim of spending like crazy and shooting down offers after they lowered the price of their property, which initially hit the market at $6 million, to $3.95 million. As he noted, Kim declined an offer of $3.5 million and is refusing to go under $3.85 million. However, there are several liens against the home, including one in the amount of $1.32 from the IRS, three attorney liens, and another home equity lien for $250,000. Additionally, they still owe around $2.2 million to their mortgage lender.
Because it is Kroy’s name that is on the mortgage, he’s concerned about his credit being impacted.
While Kim wants a higher offer so she’s not left with nothing, Kroy said her “rallying cry for poverty is falling on deaf ears,” especially when she’s buying $400 bottles of wine by the case, splurging on plastic surgery, gambling, and partying.
Following the filing of his motion, Kroy posted a series of telling posts about a narcissist.
“Narcissists use financial abuse to build a prison to contain the target or the victim and there’s many ways they go about doing this you need to be warned about,” Dean Gelis explained in a video re-shared by Kroy, proceeding to name employment sabotage, exploiting of resources, and putting others on the hook for loans.
“They will take from you and somehow convince you that you have done nothing,” he continued.
Another post, also originally shared by Dean Gelis, discussed a narcissist’s smear campaign, saying a lot of suffering is involved.
“A victim is now in a position before they can even heal to have salt thrown in the wounds and have the roles reversed where the narcissist is going around acting as a victim or some pseudo-caretaker who tried their best or you just seem unwell or crazy or have mental issues,” Dean stated. “The way they control you is by getting emotional engagement out of you. Your defense equals their food, their supply.”
Kroy then shared his own message, addressing Kim’s comments to TMZ.
“I will never stop praying for her. But I will no longer stay silent,” he warned on September 9. “I was isolated, imprisoned and silenced for almost 13 years. What’s been mentioned in motion is only the tip of the iceberg. In the [TMZ] you are witnessing narcissistic shaming abuse.”
Kim and Kroy got married in November 2011 and share six kids, including Kim’s two oldest daughters, Brielle and Ariana Biermann, 22, who Kroy adopted in 2013.
