Diddy Was Hit With New Allegations From 120 Accusers
Meanwhile, Diddy is facing serious legal challenges, including a criminal indictment on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
Currently held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial, he has been accused by prosecutors of managing a disturbing network of sexual crimes.
The indictment claims that Diddy coerced female victims and male sex workers into drug-fueled, marathon sexual encounters referred to as “Freak Offs.”
It alleges that he employed blackmail and extreme violence to control his victims, with references to a recorded assault on his ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura. Cassie herself filed a lawsuit last year claiming sexual and physical abuse, but it was settled just one day after being filed.

Photographer Reveals Extravagant Details Of Diddy’s Lavish Parties
Since his arrest on multiple sex trafficking charges last month, new revelations have emerged regarding the nature of the parties hosted by Diddy.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, celebrity photographer Selma Fonseca, who has attended around 20 to 30 of Diddy’s events, shared her experiences.
Fonseca said: “I mean, all his parties were incredible: the best food, the best music, drinks, entertainers, people with fire.”
She noted that celebrity guests included the likes of Ashton Kutcher, Jennifer Lopez, Paris Hilton, Mariah Carey, Usher, and Jay-Z, none of whom have been implicated in Diddy’s legal troubles.
“It was like a mini-circus,” she said, recalling LeBron James’s remark, “There’s no party like a Diddy party.”
Fonseca added: “There was a lot of champagne going around and everything else. You could have whatever you wanted.”

Diddy Faces Potential Life Sentence If Found Guilty
If convicted, Diddy faces a potential prison sentence of at least 15 years to life. After appearing in Manhattan federal court, where he pleaded not guilty, the rapper was immediately remanded to jail, having been denied a $50 million bail proposal.
Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, expressed confidence in his client’s defense following the hearing on September 17.
“He is dealing with this head-on, the way he’s dealt with every challenge in his life,” Agnifilo stated. He maintained that Combs is innocent and will fight the charges with full legal support, predicting a “long battle” with a favorable outcome.
Agnifilo added: “I’m going to fight like hell to get him released, and he should be released, with all that he’s done and coming here voluntarily.”
The Rapper Hopes To Tell His Side Of The Story
In the TMZ documentary, “Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment,” Agnifilo noted that Combs is “very eager” to tell his side of the story.
“I don’t know that I can keep him off the stand,” he said. “I think he is very eager to tell his story. And I think he will tell every part of the story, including what you see in the video. So, I expect it’s going to be explained by the both of us.”
“He has his story, and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real-time,” Agnifilo added, per The Mirror. “And it’s a human story. It’s a story of love. It’s a story of hurt. It’s a story of heartbreak.”
