Paige DeSorbo shared how the upcoming season of Summer House is “different,” and she discussed Lindsay Hubbard’s ‘pregnant personality.’ She also hinted at Lindsay and Carl Radke’s “tiffs” and two new castmates.
Last season, Carl ended his engagement with Lindsay on camera. During the summer, they often fought about how Carl would support their hypothetical future kids. After the breakup, Lindsay began seeing another man, and now she’s expecting her first child. The new season was filmed after Lindsay got pregnant.
Teasing the upcoming season of Summer House, Paige said it’s “different” than any other season they’ve had.
“For one, we had a pregnant person,” Paige told Interview Magazine, referring to Lindsay. “We’ve never had a pregnant person before, so that was a different dynamic and I think everyone tried to be as respectful as they could. We wouldn’t let Lindsay play any of the games because we were like, ‘What if you get hurt?’ But she did play kickball one time. And I think Kyle [Cooke] was maybe a little more conscientious of how loud the music was when Lindsay was napping.”
She was then asked if Lindsay’s ‘pregnant personality’ is different.
“I’ve never seen her this chill in my entire life. It felt like someone new walked into the house. I want her to be pregnant for the rest of my life,” said Paige. “I think my favorite moment was how excited Carl was for her gender reveal. And actually, I would say for being ex-fiancés, they got along fine. They had a few little tiffs, but none that lasted more than 20 minutes.”
Paige also teased two newcomers.
“A new girl and a new guy,” she explained. “People haven’t picked up on the fact that there’s a new guy. He wasn’t there every single weekend, but he’s pretty predominant in the main cast. She’s very nice. She’s Canadian. I guess they’re only really nice. What else? There’s definitely a little in-house romance … It’s fun. There’s very much a beginning, middle, and end to it. I was confused for a lot of it because I didn’t really know what was happening.”
Paige shared that her boyfriend Craig Conover came up to visit for “one of our parties.”
The upcoming season of Summer House recently finished filming.
