Diddy’s son Justin Combs is now facing a lawsuit exceeding $190,000 due to unpaid car payments.

According to The Blast, in June, Porsche Leasing Ltd took legal action against Diddy’s son, alleging he violated the terms of their agreement. Recently, the company requested the court to issue a default judgment against Justin Combs, while his legal team contended that the lawsuit stems from a significant misunderstanding.

The report indicated that Porsche Leasing Ltd arranged a lease for a brand-new Bentley Bentayga V8 with Justin and his JDC Holdings Group in January 2022. As part of the agreement, Diddy’s son committed to making 42 monthly payments of $3,365.23. However, Justin violated the contract by neglecting to make a payment due on December 20, 2023. The leasing company clarified that, according to the terms of their contract, they are entitled to demand the full balance owed if a default takes place.

“Therefore, there is now due, owing, and unpaid from the Defendant the approximate sum of $172,601.43, plus additional charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. Interest accrues from December 20, 2023, at the legal rate of 10% per annum, until paid in full,” the lawsuit states.

Porsche Leasing Ltd reported that they delivered the legal documents to Justin on June 11 at Diddy’s mansion in Beverly Hills. At that time, his lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman, informed In Touch that the lawsuit was the result of a miscommunication on the part of the leasing company.

Justin’s lawyer stated that he did not intentionally default on the car lease payments.

“Due to an address change, Justin did not receive his bill, which resulted in unintentionally missed payments,” the legal rep explained.

“We are in touch with the creditor, and the matter is being settled. The outstanding balance will be paid, and the lawsuit will be dropped,” the lawyer claimed. Despite his words, Porsche Leasing Ltd moved forward with their lawsuit.

Earlier this week, the company filed a request with the court for a default judgment amounting to $190,226.25 against Justin. This sum includes $172,000 for unpaid payments and an additional $13,000 in interest charges.

Justin Combs is familiar with legal troubles, having dodged jail time in 2023 through a plea agreement. According to The Blast, he received a favorable deal in his DUI case, which arose following his arrest in June.
