Sesame Workshop has released this wonderful video featuring Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield having an emotional conversation with Elmo about grief.
In the process, Garfield opens up about the recent passing of his mother, and it’s a conversation that tugs on the heartstrings. This is a very touching and sweet conversation that will leave you feeling good and happy by the end of it.
Garfield explains that while he is sad about his mom’s passing, he takes comfort from the time he got to spend with her and the impact his mom had on so many people around her.
Apparently, Elmo was a favorite in the star’s house growing up, so this all reads as extremely emotional for everyone involved. Watch the video below.
