Alec Baldwin and Family ‘Won Halloween’ With Group Costume

Actor Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, found a way to celebrate Halloween with their seven children months after a judge decided to end his “Rust” criminal trial.

The actor had been charged with involuntary manslaughter dating back to the October 2021 shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. However, a New Mexico judge decided that the prosecution violated the Brady rule when they did not turn over relevant evidence to the defense, thus ending the possibility that the “30 Rock” actor could face time behind bars for his role in the fatal shooting.

On Thursday, October 31, the “Supercell” actor teamed up with his family to create an adorable “Where’s Waldo?” themed costume. The Instagram post contained three photos and a video featuring the family getting ready for the group photo.

“Happy Halloween from the Bald-Waldos to you!” wrote Alec’s wife, Hilaria, in an Instagram caption along with an orange heart emoji and a black heart emoji.

“Carmen looks over it. You guys look great!” one fan commented, referring to the couple’s oldest daughter.

“I love it. Happy Halloween!” another follower exclaimed. “You won Halloween!” a third fan agreed while other followers called the costumes “so cute” and “really cool.”

Last month, Hilaria shared photos that featured a line-up of all of her children heading back to school. Carmen, 11, is heading into sixth grade, Rafael Thomas, 9, is now in fourth grade, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 7, is off to second, and Romeo Alejandro David, 6, is going to start first grade.

Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, 3, and María Lucía Victoria, 3, are starting pre-K, while Ilaria Catalina Irena, 23 months, held up a sign that read “first day home alone.”

“Happy first day of school from the Baldwinitos to you. 6 are in school this year!!! The Dedes first day of school ever is exciting and emotional,” Hilaria wrote in the caption. “I’m so glad the bigger ones are there to watch after them! We hope your transition to the school year is a great one. The baby is going to be the queen of the house, while her siblings are away!”

Last month, the couple’s youngest daughter, Ilaria, turned 2. “Happy 2nd birthday ilaria catalina irena! You are a wild force and make us all laugh every day. You are athletic and so smart….and our favorite name for you is ‘tiny monster,” Hilaria wrote in the caption. “You wake up and you are go, go, go all day. Our busy sept bday season comes to a close with you.”

“You are talking more and more and are cracking jokes. Leo’s bday 10 days ago you would sing ‘to you’! And today you can say ‘birthday to you’!…and you add in ‘daddy’ and know you are being silly and this makes us laugh even harder!” she continued. “We are all so in love with you and we are grateful everyday we get to be your family!”

“Another time I’ll tell you how many bday cakes I dropped today. hint: it was more than one….sometimes it gets wild and I feel like…I have 7 kids,” Hilaria joked as she closed out the caption.

Alec Baldwin left a simple red heart emoji on the post while other followers wished her a happy birthday.

“She’s so adorable! Happy birthday but please don’t call her a negative name even though you think it’s cute NO ‘tiny monster,’” one fan commented. “I concur,” another follower agreed while a third fan added, “Spoken like a true mom!”

On June 30, Hilaria also took to Instagram to celebrate the couple’s 12-year anniversary. “Happy 12 years of marriage, Alec…not only have there been joyful ups and sad downs that life inevitably brings, but we have also experienced everything from sideways, zigzags, tremendous love and also things that are so painfully and plainly backwards. We hang on tight…hold on to family and friends to source our comfort and energy,” she wrote in the caption.

“Lean in to gratitude to brighten every day. How lucky am I to have you and our children, Alec. I know I am not here on this page much, as of late, but I will be again….I want you, who is reading this, to know I am grateful to all of you who make this page a supportive community,” she added. “I hope you feel how much your kindness is a gift that we will forever treasure.”
