Kid Rock wasted no time celebrating his friend Donald Trump’s re-election in a bold, high-energy video posted to Instagram, embodying his signature style and unapologetic attitude.

The 53-year-old rocker, a vocal Trump supporter, and Republican marked the victory in a way that only Kid Rock could.

In the video, set to his track “American Rock ‘n Roll,” Kid Rock appears in his stage persona, striding out in a bright red tracksuit, topped with a MAGA hat, and smoking a cigar.

Sprinkled with clips of Trump, the video captures his reaction as he switches between his Kid Rock alter ego and his real name, Bob Ritchie.

The video reaches its peak with a provocative gesture as Kid Rock picks up a microphone, only to drop it, then grabs his crotch and makes an obscene gesture at the camera.

“We must remember that most of our left-leaning friends are good people who want the same things in life as we do but simply think differently on how to get there,” he said. “It is now time to be the bigger man, to extend an olive branch and unite all reasonable people of this great nation.”

He added, “God has blessed America and together with President Trump we will make America great again.”

This election marks a historic milestone in U.S. history, as Trump becomes the first President-elect with a criminal conviction. In May of this year, a jury found the 77-year-old guilty of charges related to a 2016 hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels.

The verdict, handed down on May 30, 2024, concluded years of investigation, making Trump the first U.S. President to assume office with a felony conviction.

This performance, merging his bold rocker persona with unrestrained enthusiasm, has garnered widespread attention and support from fans, capturing his celebratory response to Trump’s re-election.

The audience responded with enthusiasm, raising their fists and joining in the chants. Before leaving the stage, Kid Rock introduced Trump as “the most patriotic, bad a– on earth.”

Kid Rock has recently taken steps to encourage unity amid the nation’s sharp political divisions.

Last month, he posted a video explaining his continued support for artists like Eminem and Taylor Swift, despite their endorsements of Kamala Harris. “I love Eminem. We’ve been friends for many years. I don’t agree with his politics, but I do give credit to him and people like Taylor Swift for standing up and not being afraid to be vocal for that which they believe,” the singer said at the time.

“Thinking differently and having the freedom to do so is what makes this country great,” he added. “My stance is unequivocally MAGA as I know in my heart, mind, body and soul that President Trump will make America great again. God bless the U.S.A.”
