The model and actress, 59, was quickly likened to someone under half her age today, and fans agreed when she was told she has the “body of a 21-year-old.” Sizzling in a watermelon-colored bikini as she modeled her Rainbow Edit, Liz stunned in the sun, showing off her eye-popping curves and toned waistline while plugging the brand she founded in 2005. Alongside showering her with love, fans left over 55,000 likes in just two hours.

Liz made January headlines for revealing exactly what she eats and what mindset she applies to her diet and exercise regimen. For her, it’s all about moderation. In her Instagram reveal, the Netflix star detailed not eating too much, nor too often, and being pretty strict on limiting junk food.

“I eat pretty much everything but only have junk food as an absolute treat – and I count junk food as anything that contains any ingredient that I don’t have in my own kitchen, so that includes ‘diet’ and ‘low-fat’ everything, all ready meals, all bought sandwiches, cakes and biscuits and all sodas,” she told her 3.1 million followers.

Elizabeth Hurley also revealed keeping active, but not in an obsessive way and baking a loaf of bread every day.

Fans went nuts earlier this year as Liz celebrated turning 59 years old. In a celebratory Instagram update, the star slipped into this slinky, one-shouldered white dress, showing off her killer looks while wearing diamond drop earrings. “Happy Birthday to me thank you for all the well wishes,” she wrote.
